Power and Ethernet
Standard deployments require reliable power and Ethernet from the customer’s modem, router, switch, Starlink adapter, cellular gateway, or other compatible equipment.
Warranty and replacement
Routers purchased directly from AK Aurora Access may qualify for active-service warranty review while subscription and account standing requirements are met.
